Konica Minolta wins prestigious BAPC ‘Supplier of the Year’ award
Published:  19 January, 2010

Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd has been voted ‘Supplier of the Year’ by attendees of the BAPC (British Association for Print and Communications) annual conference. The award is in recognition of the Konica Minolta bizhub PRO range of digital production print systems coupled with the service, care and support it provides for customers.

The BAPC is the leading representational body for the print and creative industry and its annual conference brings together the BAPC member community. Nominations for the BAPC awards are made prior to the conference and voted on by attendees. As such the BAPC awards are highly prized and respected.

Commenting on the ‘Supplier of the Year’ award Sidney Bobb, Chairman of the BAPC said, “With this award Konica Minolta joins a select group of recipients dating back to 1984. The Association is pleased to recognise and reward excellence within the industry as exemplified by Konica Minolta.”

For Konica Minolta, Nick Hancock, Business Development Manager for the Production Print Division said, “It is with great pleasure that Konica Minolta receives this prestigious award from the BAPC, the print and creative industry’s representative body. It is especially gratifying that the award is based on the votes of the attending members and not an adjudication panel. It shows that we are providing the market with the right products backed by the right service.”
